Life Tutors Agreement, Terms & Conditions
Take the time to read this, please! You'll get much more out of your Life Tutoring sessions and it is important that all parties are aware of the terms and conditions for the provision of services by Alpha Delta Zeta, LLC when working together as Life Tutors (the Life Tutor) and the Client (you).
Accountability is at the core of what we do here. We use simple tools and depend on the rapport between the Life Tutor and the Client. At the beginning of each contract term, the client will be responsible for creating their own Escalation Plan and sharing it with their Life Tutor. The Escalation plan is the emergency ripcord if you do not make steady progress or choose not to participate in the process.
RESPONSIBILITY
*Your Life Tutor will do everything possible to support you in achieving your own goals including: regular reminders, regular check-ins, shared lists, sources and resources as needed to complete the tasks on hand through steady progress
*You agree to cooperate, communicate with your Life Tutor, and to the best of your ability complete tasks required with steady progress.
*Your Life Tutor will work with you to identify solutions and offer suggestions, options, opportunities and advice based on their own personal experience, training and the resources provided by Alpha Delta Zeta, LLC*You accept full responsibility for all decisions and courses of action up to and including notification up the client's escalation chain for a failure to cooperate
*You as the Client, by signing this Life Tutoring Agreement agree and acknowledge that the Life Tutor is not a licensed investment advisor, real estate agent, accountant, finance, mental health/health or legal professional.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your Life Tutor will not divulge that you are in a Life Tutoring relationship without your express consent. You, of course are free to discuss the Life Tutoring relationship with anyone at any time If someone other than the client is the payor on the account, or if we are required to follow the client's escalation plan, they will only receive notifications about the completion of the client's stated goals but not the content of those goals or the associated tasks. If the Life Tutor is required to follow the client escalation plan, the content of their sessions and client goals will still remain confidential..
The only exception to this is if the Life Tutor believes that you are in imminent danger or you are a danger to yourself or others. In that case, the appropriate emergency personnel closest to the last known location of the client will be notified to perform a well-check.
SCHEDULING
All Life Tutoring Sessions are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Life Tutor. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Life Tutoring Session you are fully responsible for informing your Life Tutor and rearranging an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, the session will be deemed forfeit for that day. You are responsible for rescheduling via phone or contact (and receive a reply) via email or text. Continued forfeiture or lack of participation in the process will trigger the client escalation plan to bring in external support in your journey.
TASKS
Tasks are assigned to assist in accelerating your change and the achievement of your desired results. Completion of the tasks is the client's responsibility. Weekly adjustments are agreed upon over time to account for unforeseen circumstances or complexity of tasks
FREE EMAIL/TEXT ACCESS
Your Life Tutor is available during the week via email to share wins, seek clarity on actions or review minor issues. Again, there is no charge for any of the brief "catch up emails or texts".

They are part of your agreement with Alpha Delta Zeta, LLC.
If you wish to cancel the agreement and payments within 48 hours of purchase but before access to any coaching services, you may do so for a full 100% refund of any monies paid less the cost of any products delivered. This refund is only available if services have not commenced in any way rendering any refund invalid.
Notice of cancellation
All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by mail or email to NCT@mylifetutors.com. Cancellation notice will be deemed received on the date on which notification is received by Alpha Delta Zeta, LLC. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.
Terms of Life Tutoring
The Life Tutoring Products are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way. If you are enrolled in continuing Life Tutoring for a number of sessions, unused sessions due to quitting the program may not be eligible for refund, credit, or transfer.
Suspending Membership
Is not possible after your program is in progress. Please discuss any emergencies with your Life Tutor for any adjustments necessary in your program.
Life Tutoring Calls and Data Usage
Telephone calls and data used communicating with your Life Tutor during your contract are at the Client's expense if any.
Payment
All invoices are due in full upon receipt. We accept payment by Credit Card, Venmo, and PayPal which includes PayPal Credit for account holders. Services may be covered under State Rehabilitative Services Agencies - check local rules and regulations. Discounts are only valid at the time of purchase and their continued availability is not guaranteed.
Program Changes
Alpha Delta Zeta, LLC reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any programs as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client. In the event a program is discontinued or postponed, any registered clients will have the ability to apply those credits to another event or receive a refund back to their original method of payment.
Mutual Agreement Cancellation
If at any time the Client or Life Tutor believes that a product or a level of intensity is no longer serving the needs of the Client they may initiate a discussion to rectify the situation prior to renewing enrollment for a subsequent contract.
Intellectual Property
All material relating to the Program is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used, or reproduced without the written permission of the owner.
Indemnification
You understand that all action taken is performed voluntarily and is your own responsibility. Clients should seek independent professional advice before undertaking any physical, business, or investment actions.
Agreement Section
By entering into a Life Tutoring Agreement either through signing a Life Tutoring Agreement with The Creatives Life Tutor or paying any amount to your Creatives Life Tutor, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
