Who are our competitors?

Who are our competitors?

In a word:  nobody.

If you remember my first post It’s Personal you know that this was a labor of love because I went looking for help for him and couldn’t find the help he needed the way he needed it.  Now, our company is committed to building a truly diverse college-educated workforce.

We are the only national, virtual organization that is here preparing an adult pipeline of neurodiverse college students and professionals.  Employers are still not providing sufficient supports for their employees - but we can service those employees for you through your EAP program.

At the same time, we have created a coaching pathway through the standard undergraduate lifecycle of four years called College Jumpstart.  Accessible and available to all students and structured a bit like a self-directed course students get short weekly lessons on study/work skills or life/social skills and a weekly check-in with their coach to talk over and guide them in setting and achieving personal goals.

Most people or organizations focusing on neurodiverse adults are targeting those without the intellectual or physical capacity to enroll in higher education.  Some people working on college dropout programs are doing some mentoring of 1st generation, BIPOC, low income, or other underserved communities but nobody has the curated program that intentionally teaches all the lessons we wished we learned in school.

And no one, except for people living in residential programs, is working with their clients 5 days a week with weekly live check-ins, goal and task mapping, and daily electronic communication through free apps that are easily accessible.  Click on the Get Started button to start your journey to a higher quality of life.
